SweetPix Tiles provides a platform for creating custom photo wall tiles. You may use our service for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Photo Content
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant SweetPix a limited license to use them solely for producing your ordered tiles. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you upload and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
5. Shipping & Returns
Shipping times and return policies are detailed on our FAQ and Returns pages. Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is included on every order within the United States. FedEx expedited options are available at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SweetPix Tiles, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of SweetPix Technology and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
SweetPix Tiles is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
8. Changes to Terms
