If you're not completely happy with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Tiles
If your tiles arrive damaged or with print quality issues, we'll send replacements at no cost. Simply email us a photo of the damaged tiles and we'll ship new ones right away.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@sweetpixtiles.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return or confirm the issue. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all tiles are custom-printed with your photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's any quality issue, we've got you covered.
